REGULAR MEETING
SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
December 1, 2014
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority in Room 215 on Monday, December 1, 2014.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Paul Samele and Drake Waldron. City Councilor Christopher Anderson was absent.
Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
Project 143-339
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-339 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron compared the project loan of $26,945 to the home equity of $52,000.
Project 143-358
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-358 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron compared the project loan of $20,000 to the home equity of $87,000.
Project 143-397
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project 143-397 and to recommend its acceptance to City Council. Councilor Waldron compared the project loan of $5,350 to the home equity of $34,000.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:27 p.m.
